⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After searching for what feels like forever for a nail tech who truly understands my style, I finally found Justin at Ongles Vicky in Pierrefonds! I love short stiletto nails, and they're surprisingly hard to find done well. I wanted them thin, smooth (no lumps), comfortable, and perfectly shaped to complement my hands. Justin absolutely delivered. He listened carefully to what I wanted and never once made me feel like I was being too particular or a bother—which, unfortunately, has been my experience during my search ever since my previous nail tech stopped working. The quality of his work is amazing. My nails look elegant, natural, and feel comfortable. In fact, my best guy friend complimented them yesterday and said they looked "expensive!" As someone who's active on social media, having well-done nails is important to me, and it's been a long time since I've received compliments on them. I'm so happy with both the service and the results. If you're looking for a nail tech who pays attention to detail, listens to what you want, and executes it beautifully, I highly recommend Justin at Ongles Vicky. I'll definitely be back!

I came to this salon on Tuesday to get my nails done, and after just four days they ended up like this, as you can see. The work is not professional or experienced at all. I do not recommend this place. The staff are not friendly at all and do not behave professionally.

Everyone, please pay close attention. I dropped off my beautiful girlfriend, Arwa, at this salon for a pedicure. She was excited, and I was happy for her. Normally, her pedicures take at least an hour, sometimes longer. But she called me just 30 minutes later. I thought she was simply giving me an update. Instead, she was calling in complete shock. When I got home and saw her toes, I couldn’t believe it. The pedicure was terrible honestly, a child could have done a better job. Ladies, if you care about your feet, this is not the place to go. And men, if you care about your partner’s experience, don’t bring her here. They didn’t remove the dead skin, the polish was smeared everywhere, and the whole thing looked rushed and unprofessional. Even worse, when she called to request a follow-up appointment to fix the mess, they couldn’t give her one. She ended up paying full price for a service that was completely mediocre. If you value quality, professionalism, and integrity, this is absolutely not the place for you.
